Pâtisserie Mercier is a family owned business
of the Forget family since 1956.
Michel and Jean-Roger Forget are the actual owners
having succeeded to their parents Roger Forget and Noëlla Petit.
During his years as the President of
the "Association des Pâtissiers Artisans du Québec",
Michel Forget earned the gold medal from
the "Confédération des Pâtissiers-Glaciers de France".
He also owns the title of Baker of the year 1983.
